Import Licence Tendering: Amendments to Call for Tenders
ROUND 14; Import Licence Tendering Tender No.: 1834, G721
The description given in this Tender Number also covers items from Group Item Code 722 although not specifically stated therefore licences obtained from this round will be endorsed, “available for Group Item Codes 721 and/or 722”.
ROUND 15; Apparel Tendering Scheme Tender Nos.: 1948 and 1949, Group 723, Women’s and Girl’s Suits
Group Item Code 723: women’s and girl’s suits including costumes are available for goods of Item Code 60.125 and 61.040 as specified in the 1984 Import Licensing Schedule. Some tariff items were inadvertently omitted from the call for tender document. Tender licences under Group 723 will be available for goods of Item Codes 60.125 and 61.040, which in addition to those published in the New Zealand Gazette includes the following tariff items for woven articles:
Ex 61.02.025.02C to
Ex 61.02.025.19H
61.02.025.42B to
61.02.025.59G
Tender Nos.: 1986 and 1987
1986 G751 Ex 60.05.179 Shawls, scarves, mufflers, mantillas, veils and $57,500 23 × $2,500 4
Ex 61.06.000 the like (other than exempt goods of Tariff

Ex 61.06.000 the like (other than exempt goods of Tariff

This amendment corrects an arithmetical error, changing the allocation total of tender number 1986 from $60,000 to $57,500 and the number of units available in tender number 1987 from 20 to 24.
Clients on the Register have been advised by letter. Substitute bids will be accepted for any of the above tender numbers. Bid forms should be clearly marked “SUBSTITUTE BID” and should reach the Registrar of Tenders by 5 p.m. on 7 May 1984.
G. D. PRYOR, Registrar of Tenders.
