CORRIGENDUM
Amending Notice to the Boundary of Lake Maraetai Closed Game Area

THE Minister of Internal Affairs hereby gives notice that the notice published in the supplement to the New Zealand Gazette, No. 43, of 21 March 1984 at page 830 relating to the boundary of the Lake Maraetai closed game area is amended as follows:

Delete:

(28) The Kopakorahi Stream, from its outlet into Lake Maraetai to the bridge on the Whakamaru - Taupo Highway (Mangakino Road), and all land within 100 metres of its banks.

(29) All that part of Lake Maraetai, extending 50 metres into the lake and 50 metres back from the shoreline, from a point at the eastern end of the area known as Sandy Bay, and generally along the western and southern sides of Lake Maraetai to the Maraetai Dam; including the Mangakino Stream to a point upstream of the Mangakino - Whakamaru Road (State Highway 30) bridge, as marked by white posts; and the area known as Matckuri Island.

Add:

(30) All of Lake Maraetai (and extending 50 metres inland from the shoreline) with the exception of: an area of lake edge and extending 100 metres into the lake, commencing from a point marked by a white post to the east of the New Zealand Forest Products Water Intake and generally in a southerly direction along the eastern side of Lake Maraetai (including all embayments and the Twin Lakes area) to a point marked by a white post opposite Sandy Bay. The closed game area shall include all of Kopakorahi Stream from its outlet into Lake Maraetai to the bridge on the Whakamaru - Taupo Highway (Mangakino Road) and all land within 50 metres of its banks, and the Mangakino Stream to a point upstream of the Mangakino - Whakamaru Road (State Highway 30) bridge, as marked by a white post.

Amending Notice to the Daily Bag Limits for Game in the Taranaki District 1984-85 Season

THE Minister of Internal Affairs hereby gives notice that the notice published in the supplement to the New Zealand Gazette, No. 43 of 21 March 1984 at page 833 relating to the daily bag limits for game is amended as follows.

In that portion of the Second Schedule which relates to the Taranaki Acclimatisation District:

Daily Bag Limits

Paradise duck (only in that area east of the railway line Waitara to Tariki), 4.

CORRIGENDUM
Whangarei City Council Electricity Supply Licence 1984

IN the notice with the above heading published in the New Zealand Gazette, 29 March 1984, No. 49, page 948, in the 24th line of the first paragraph of the Schedule referring to “a line bearing 38° 6’ 30”” read “a line bearing 38° 36’ 30””.
