APPLICATION FOR PIPELINE AUTHORISATION TO THE MINISTER OF ENERGY

The Natural Gas Corporation of New Zealand Ltd., P.O. Box 10–148, Wellington, through its Agents, Harrison Grierson Consultants Ltd., do hereby apply for a pipeline authorisation authorising them to construct and operate a pipeline to Reporoa for the conveyance of Natural Gas in terms of the Petroleum Act 1937 and Amendments.

The pipeline will run from an Offlake Station in Earthquake Flat Road, Waiotapu to a terminal station at the New Zealand Co-operative Dairy Co. Ltd. factory at Reporoa.

We annex details of the proposed pipeline as required by the Petroleum Act 1937 and Amendments and the Regulations thereunder.
