SMITH LIMITED of Auckland, a duly incorporated company carrying
on business as builders merchants; and that the said petition is
directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Auckland on the
23rd day of May 1984 at 10 o’clock in the forenoon; and any creditor
or contributory of the said petition may appear at the time of
hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of

OF THE NORTH BORNEO TIMBER (N.Z.) LIMITED, a duly
incorporated company having its registered office at Auckland
and carrying on business as forest farmers:

NOTICE is hereby given that the order of the High Court dated the
30th day of March 1984 confirming the reduction of capital of the
above-named company from $2,000,000 to $1,150,000 and the
minute approved by the Court showing, with respect to the capital
of the company as altered, the several particulars required by the
above-mentioned Act, was registered by the Registrar of Companies
at Auckland on the 19th day of April 1984. The said minute is in
the words and figures following:

“The capital of The North Borneo Timbers (N.Z.) Limited
henceforth is $1,150,000 divided into 1,150,000 fully paid
ordinary shares of $1 each having been reduced from $2,000,000
divided into 2,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares of $1 each.”

porated company having its registered office at Auckland:

NOTICE is hereby given that the order of the High Court of New
Zealand dated the 30th day of March 1984 confirming the reduction
in capital of the above-named company from the sum of $1,000,000
to the sum of $10,000 and the minute approved by the Court show-
ing, with respect to the capital of the company as altered, the several
particulars required by the above-mentioned Act, was registered by
the Registrar of Companies on the 30th day of March 1984. The
said minute is in the words and figures following:

“The capital of Beca, Carter, Hollings & Ferner Limited was by
virtue of a special resolution of the company and with the sanc-
tion of an order of the High Court dated the 30th day of March
1984, reduced from $1,000,000 divided into 1,000,000 fully paid
shares of $1 each to $10,000 divided into 1,000,000 fully paid
shares of 1 cent each of which 89,280 shares shall be called
management shares and the remaining 910,720 shall be called
ordinary shares.”
