Declaring Land Held for a Government Work (State Housing Purposes) at Porirua, Now Set Apart for Railway Purposes
PURSUANT to sections 24 and 30 of the New Zealand Railways Corporation Act 1981 and section 52 of the Public Works Act 1981, the General Manager of the New Zealand Railways Corporation hereby declares that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for and on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen for railway purposes.

Sale of Wanganui Harbour Board Land
I, George Frederick Gair, Minister of Transport, having obtained the concurrence of the Minister of Finance pursuant to section 143A (3) of the Harbours Act 1950, hereby approve pursuant to section 143A (1) (a) and section 143A (1) (b) (i) of the Harbours Act 1950 the sale of land referred to in the Schedule hereto by the Wanganui Harbour Board pursuant to section 143c of the said Act and I specify that my approval hereunder is effective from the date hereof.

ALL that parcel of land in the Land Registration District of Wellington being Lot 1 on Deposited Plan 43941 containing 2018 square metres, more or less, and being all the land described in certificate of title 15A/123.

Game Industry Levy (No. 3234; Ag. 4/52/23/5)
PURSUANT to regulation 17 of the Game Industry Board Regulations 1983, notice is hereby given, after having received the recommendations of the Game Industry Board, that the rates of the game industry levy to apply during the period 1 March 1984 to 30 September 1984 shall be as follows:
(1) For the period 1 March 1984 to 30 April 1984 (inclusive) on each deer slaughtered in deer slaughtering premises, on each killed game deer carcass brought in to a game packing house, and on each piece of antler in velvet received at a game packing house for processing or packing: 0 cents per kilogram;
(2) For the period 1 May 1984 to 30 September 1984 (inclusive):
(a) On each deer slaughtered in deer slaughtering premises, 28 cents per kilogram clean carcass weight;
(b) On each killed game deer carcass brought in to a game packing house, 8 cents per kilogram clean carcass weight; and
(c) On each piece of antler in velvet received at a game packing house for processing or packing. 3 dollars per kilogram green weight.
No levy shall be payable in respect of any one farmed deer carcass or killed game deer carcass or piece of antler in velvet more than once.

Notice of Receipt of Application for an International Air Service Licence
PURSUANT to section 7 of the International Air Services Licensing Act 1947, notice is hereby given that Polynesian Airlines Operations Limited of Apia, Western Samoa, has applied for an International Air Services Licence to operate air services for the carriage of passengers, cargo, and mail between Auckland and Apia, optionally via Niue and/or Tonga, twice per week, and between Rarotonga and Apia optionally via Niue once per week. Further details of the proposal may be obtained from the Secretary for Transport, Ministry of Transport, Private Bag, Wellington.
Any person or organisation desiring to make representations relating to this application must forward those representations in writing to reach me on or before 18 May 1984.

Notice Declaring Fishery Management Areas
(Ag. 9/2/0/2; No. 3232)
PURSUANT to section 5 of the Fisheries Act 1983, I hereby declare the areas described in the Schedule to this notice to be fishery management areas for the management of all species of fish within those areas:
Provided that this notice shall not apply to—
(i) Those species of fish which are subject to foreign fishing craft operations pursuant to the Territorial Sea and Exclusive Economic Zone Act 1977; or
(ii) Those species of fish subject to the Fisheries (Sea Fishing) Notice 1983, including such species as may be included or excluded from that notice as notified by me from time to time in the Gazette; or
(iii) Albacore tuna (Thunnus alalunga), bigeye tuna (Thunnus obesus), skipjack tuna (Katsuwonus pelamis), slender tuna (Allothunnus fallai), southern bluefin tuna (Thunnus maccoyii) and yellowfin tuna (Thunnus albacares).

KERMADEC FISHERY MANAGEMENT AREA
ALL that area of New Zealand fisheries waters around the Kermadec Islands enclosed by a line commencing at a point 34°34.3′ S and 179°51.0′ W on the outer limits of the exclusive economic zone; and then proceeding generally in an easterly, northerly, westerly and southerly direction along the outer limits of the exclusive economic zone to a point 34°22.1′ S and 179°29.6′ E on the outer limits of the exclusive economic zone; and then proceeding in a straight line to the first-mentioned point.
