Declaration that Land is a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Mount Eden Borough Council on the 27th day of September 1983.

“That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Mount Eden Borough Council hereby resolves that the pieces of land held by the said borough in fee simple and, described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same are hereby declared to be recreation reserves within the meaning of the said Act”.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—MOUNT EDEN BOROUGH

565 square metres, more or less, being Lot 1, D.P. 92482, situated in Block IV, Titirangi Survey District. All certificate of title, 50C/689. Together with a right of way created by Deed 234911.

385 square metres, more or less, being Lot 3, D.P. 87702, situated in Block IV, Titirangi Survey District. All certificate of title, 45B/1346. Together with and subject to a party wall right created by T. 115818.

Classification of Reserve

Naming of a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares that the recreation reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, shall hereafter be known as Gormack Street Recreation Reserve.

Vesting a Reserve in the Lindis-Hawea Pest Destruction Board
