Declaring Land Held for State Housing Purposes to be Set Apart,
Subject to Mining Rights, for the Generation of Electricity
(Housing) in the Borough of Huntly

PURSUANT to section 52 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development declares the land described in the
Schedule hereto to be set apart subject to the mining rights created
by transfers 230944 and 235312, South Auckland Land Registry,
for the generation of electricity (housing).

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 644 square metres, situated in
the Borough of Huntly, being Lot 319, D.P. S. 25985 and being part
Allotment 2, Parish of Taupiri, excepting thereout all coal, fireclay
and other minerals in, upon or under the said land as contained in

PURSUANT to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development—

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the
First Schedule hereto to be road, and vested in The Hurunui
County Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of
road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped,
and declares that the portion of road secondly described
in the said Second Schedule shall when stopped be dealt
with as Crown land under the Land Act 1948.

Land Acquired for Road and the Functioning Indirectly of a Road
in Block XII, Piako Survey District, Hauraki Plains County

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect
having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule
hereto is hereby acquired for road which pursuant to section 11 (1A)
of the National Roads Act 1953, shall form part of State Highway
No. 27 and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is
hereby acquired for the functioning indirectly of a road and further
declares that the land described in the said First and Second
Schedules shall vest in the Crown on the 27th day of April 1984.
