TAKE notice that S. R. Nolan Investments (Hawkes Bay) Ltd., a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Palmerston North and registered with the Registrar of Companies at Wellington under No. W. 1950/321, hereby gives notice that it proposes to apply to the Registrar of Companies at Wellington for a declaration of dissolution under section 335A of the Companies Act 1955; and further take notice that unless within 30 days of the date of the last publication of this notice written objection is made to the Registrar of Companies care of the Commercial Affairs Division, Department of Justice, Private Bag, Lambton Quay, Wellington, the Registrar of Companies may dissolve S. DEBENTURE dated the 5th day of February 1974, executed by the above-named company in favour of Consolidated Traders Ltd. in pursuance of the powers contained in the above-mentioned second debenture, Consolidated Traders Ltd. as second debentureholder thereunder, hereby appoints John Trevor Lane Pike of 294 Jackson Street, Petone, accountant, to be receiver and manager of the premises of Mountain Helicopters Ltd., charged by the said debenture so that the said John Trevor Lane Pike shall have all the powers conferred upon a receiver and manager by the said debenture.

IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of HODGSON AND PACKER LTD. (in liquidation):

NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to section 281 of the Companies Act 1955, that a final general meeting of the above-named company will be held in the Board Room of Deloitte Haskins & Sells, Phoenix House, 76 Hereford Street, Christchurch at 2.15 p.m. on Tuesday, 8 May 1984 for the purpose of having an account laid before it showing how the winding up has been conducted and the property of the company has been disposed of, and to receive any explanations thereof by the liquidator.

Further Business:

To resolve pursuant to section 328 (1) (b) of the Companies Act 1955, that the books and papers of the company be held by the liquidator for a period of 12 months and then disposed of in such manner as the liquidator thinks fit.
