Change of the Classification of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby changes the classification of the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, from a local purpose reserve (recreation) to a recreation reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.

Maori Land Development Notice

Whereas by virtue of the notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto the land described in those notices were declared to be subject to the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953; and whereas by reason of an adjustment of titles it is considered necessary to replace the notice aforesaid.

Now, therefore, pursuant to section 330 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby gives notices as follows:

1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Hamilton 1984, No. 6.

2. The notices referred to in the First Schedule hereto are hereby revoked.

3. The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be subject to Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.
