Amending a Declaration Acquiring Land for Road in Blocks I and II, Rodney Survey District, Rodney County

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the declaration dated the 25th day of January 1984, published in the Gazette of 2 February 1984, No. 10 at page 275, acquiring land for road in Blocks I and II, Rodney Survey District, Rodney County, pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, by deleting the word “required” from the preamble and substituting the word “acquired”.

and substituting the following:
