Declaring a Right-of-Way Easement (in Gross) for a Public Utility Pursuant to the Forests Act 1949 in Block IX, Wai-iti Survey District, Waima County

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that an agreement to that effect having been entered into, a right-of-way easement (in gross) for a public utility pursuant to the Forests Act 1949 is hereby acquired over the land described in the Schedule hereto vesting in the Crown the rights set out in the first paragraph of the Seventh Schedule of the Land Transfer Act 1952 on the 12th day of April 1984.
