CORRIGENDUM
Declaring State Highway to be a Limited Access Road: Part State Highway No. 8
In the notice with the above heading, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 23 February 1984, No. 26, page 501, pertaining to the declaration of a limited access road as shown on sheet 1 on plan LA 70/76/73 and accompanying Schedule, should read “held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Alexandra” and not “held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Dunedin”.

Declaring Land in the Wellington Land District, Vested in the Wellington Education Board as a Site for a School, to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the Wellington Education Board as a site for a school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.
SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT—HOROWHENUA COUNTY
2.1499 hectares, more or less, being Section 9, Block VIII, Kaitawa Survey District. Reserve for school site by part New Zealand Gazette, 1890, page 1192. Part certificate of title 148/117. S.O. Plan 12948.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 25th day of January 1984.

State Forest Land Set Apart as State Forest Park for Addition to Haurangi State Forest Park—Wellington Conservancy

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 63B (1) of the Forests Act 1949 (as substituted by section 19 of the Forests Amendment Act 1976), I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the State forest land described in the Schedule as State forest park which shall hereby form part of the Hauranga State Forest Park.
SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT—FEATHERSTON COUNTY
28.2500 hectares, more or less, being Lot 1, D.P. 53249, situated in Block IX, Kaiwaka Survey District. All certificate of title, Volume 24C, folio 171, as shown on plan S28/9, deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 6th day of March 1984.
