HEREBY gives notice that, on the 20th day of March 1984, they appointed Ronald Michael Hayward and Robert Leyton Reeder, both chartered accountants, of Auckland, whose office is at the office of Reeder, Smith and Co., Chartered Accountants, Tenth Floor, Auckland Savings Bank Building, Auckland, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of this company, under the powers contained in an instrument being debenture, dated the 18th day of June 1979, by Robert De Savigny Limited, in favour of Marac Finance Ltd and Marac Corporation Ltd. WEST COAST GOLD & GREENSTONE MINING COMPANY LTD.
NOTICE is hereby given that by an entry in its minute book signed as provided by section 362 (1) of the Companies Act 1955, the above-named company on 26 March 1984 passed the following extraordinary resolution:
“That the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up and that accordingly the company be wound up voluntarily.
That in accordance with section 362 (9) of the Companies Act 1955 the official assignee at Greymouth be appointed provisional liquidator to act as such until he or another person becomes liquidator and is capable of acting as such.”
A meeting of creditors will accordingly be held at the Courthouse, Guinness Street, Greymouth at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, 4 April 1984.

(1) Consideration of a statement of the position of the affairs of the company.
(2) Nomination of a liquidator.
