PURSUANT to section 32 of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1975, the kayak owned by Kerry Francis McCurdy of 33 Vine Street, Mangere, Auckland was forfeited by order of Judge F. F. Latham in the District Court at Hamilton on 12 August 1982, in accordance with the above Act.
