The Traffic (Cambridge Borough) Notice No. 1, 1979†, dated the 15th day of November 1979†, issued pursuant to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962, and regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976 is hereby revoked.
FIRST SCHEDULE
SITUATED within Cambridge Borough:
No. 1 State Highway (Awanui-Bluff): from a point 30 metres measured easterly generally along the said State highway from Ford Street to the eastern boundary of Cambridge Borough.
Browning Street: from Carlyle Street to the eastern boundary of Cambridge Borough.
Carlyle Street: from Browning Street to Lamb Street.
Lamb Street: from Burns Street to the western boundary of Cambridge Borough; and from Carlyle Street to the eastern boundary of Cambridge Borough.
Pope Terrace: from Wordsworth Street to the western boundary of Cambridge Borough.
Rotoorangi Road.
Shakespeare Street: from Addison Street to Achilles Avenue.

The Traffic (Waikato County) Notice No. 1, 1984
PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, and pursuant to a delegation from the Minister of Transport, I, Carne Maurice Clissold, Chief Traffic Engineer, hereby give the following notice:
NOTICE
This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Waikato County) Notice No. 1, 1984.
The roads specified in the First Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be closely populated localities for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.
The road specified in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be a 70 kilometres an hour speed limit area pursuant to regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976*.
The Traffic (Waikato County) Notice 1969, dated the 16th day of January 1969†, issued pursuant to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962, and regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1975 is hereby revoked.
FIRST SCHEDULE
SITUATED within Waikato County, at Hopu Hopu:
Old Taupiri Road; from 300 metres measured westerly generally from No. 1 State Highway (Awanui-Bluff) to a point 1400 metres measured westerly generally along the said road from the said Highway.

SECOND SCHEDULE
SITUATED within Waikato County, at Hopu Hopu:
Old Taupiri Road; from No. 1 State Highway (Awanui-Bluff) to a point 300 metres measured south-westerly generally along the said road from the said highway.

The Traffic (Waimairi District) Notice No. 1, 1984
PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, and pursuant to a delegation from the Minister of Transport, and pursuant to a subdelegation from the Secretary for Transport, I, Carne Maurice Clissold, Chief Traffic Engineer, hereby give the following notice:
NOTICE
This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Waimairi District) Notice No. 1, 1984.
This notice shall come into effect from the 1st day of April 1984.
So much of the Traffic (Waimairi County) Notice No. 1, 1981, which relates to the road in the Schedule hereto, dated the 21st day of May 1981*, issued pursuant to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962, and regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976 is hereby revoked.
SCHEDULE
SITUATED within Waimairi District:
Memorial Avenue: from a point 30 metres measured north-westerly generally along the said Avenue from Greers Road to a point 600 metres measured north-westerly generally along the said Avenue from Roydvale Avenue.

Notice of Intention to Vary Hours of Sale of Liquor at Licensed Premises—Auckland Licensing Committee
PURSUANT to section 221A and 221B of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962 as amended by section 22 (14) of the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act 1976, I, Stanley James Callahan, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the Auckland Licensing Committee on 16 March 1984 made an order authorising variations of the usual hours of trading for the licensed premises known as the Leopard Tavern, 2 Drake Street, Auckland.
To the intent that on days other than those on which licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to the general public the hours for the opening and closing of the said premises shall be as follows:
(a) On any Monday and Tuesday—Opening at 8 o’clock in the morning and closing at 7 o’clock in the evening.
(b) On any Wednesday and Thursday—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 10 o’clock in the evening.
(c) On any Friday and Saturday—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 11 o’clock in the evening.
