Appointment of the Bay of Islands Maritime and Historic Park Board to Control and Manage a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby appoints the Bay of Islands Maritime and Historic Park Board to control and manage the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a reserve for historic purposes.

Revocation of Appointment to Control and Manage a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby revokes the appointment of the Featherston County Council to control and manage the scenic reserve described in the Schedule hereto.

Revocation of a Notice Relating to the Revocation of Reservation Over Part of a Reserve and Issue of a Fresh Notice

PURSUANT to section 6 (3) of the Reserves Act 1977 and by reason of an error made in the notice hereinafter described the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands acting under delegated authority from the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the notice revoking the reservation over part of the Mount Lees Reserve dated 20 January 1984 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 2 February 1984, No. 10, page 276 and hereby issues the following notice in its place.
