Kraft paper, insulating, when declared for use in making electrical resistances,
condensers, transformers, or insulated telephone and electric power cables
Dry flong weighing not less than 183 g/m²
Greaseproof paper and imitations thereof (including imitation parchment), hav-
ing high transparency, specially suited for use as tracing paper or plan paper
Transfer printing paper
Electronic stencils for use with duplicators
Dental articulating paper
Paper, impregnated or coated, specially prepared for use as an indicator for
chemical analysis or scientific investigation and catalogued as such by the
manufacturer
Perforated cards for Jacquard attachments and the like
Recording papers and charts for use with electrically operated measuring, count-
ing, testing, and recording instruments; punched programme cards peculiar to
use with computer controlled machines
Articles of paper pulp, paper, paperboard or cellulose wadding, viz: recording
dials and sheets and rolls for self recording apparatus
“Brewing” holders specially designed to hold X-ray films in the mouth
Stamp hinges
Fans and handscreens, non-mechanical
Printed books, including booklets other than brochures, leaflets and similar printed
matter
Advertising material for use with cinematographic film (excluding television film)
for display to the public
Woven fabrics of man-made fibres (continuous), including woven fabrics of mon-
ofil or strip of heading No. 51.01 or 51.02 (excluding fabrics of polyethylene
or polypropylene fibre)
Yarns of the following specific types:
Bouclé yarn, acrylic 65 percent, nylon 35 percent, not exceeding 170 decitex,
when declared by a manufacturer that the yarn will be mixed on a 50/50
basis with pure New Zealand spun wool or New Zealand spun acrylic fibre
Cotton yarn, 1/28 and 1/14 creslan, 50 percent cotton, 50 percent acrylic
(exceeding 170 decitex)
Discontinuous acrylic/nylon (80:20) machine yarn on cone, not dyed or in bulk
Fancy acrylic/acrylic mixture yarns, when declared by a manufacturer for use
by him, only in making wallcoverings 1/10 mm 100 percent acrylic yarn,
1/3.5 mm 100 percent acrylic slub, 1/6 mm 85 percent acrylic, 15 percent
wool, multi-colour yarn rainbow
Clothing and other articles of Tariff Chapter 60 suited for wear by babies and
young infants, of kinds and sizes approved by the Minister of Customs as
admissible under Part II of the Customs Tariff or as may be specified by the
Minister of Trade and Industry or by the holder of the office of Assistant
Secretary (Industries) in the Department of Trade and Industry
Articles of textile when declared:
(a) by a manufacturer for use by him only in the manufacture and repair of
saddlery
(b) by an importer that they will be sold only to manufacturers for use in the
manufacture and repair of saddlery
Clothing and other articles of Tariff Chapter 61 suited for wear by babies and
young infants, of kinds and sizes approved by the Minister of Customs as
admissible under Part II of the Customs Tariff or as may be specified by the
Minister of Trade and Industry or by the holder of the office of Assistant
Secretary (Industries) in the Department of Trade and Industry
