are capable of being worn without further manufacture)

Grinding wheels and discs; cutting-off wheels; other than as may be determined by the Minister
Millstones, grindstones and the like, of natural stone, of agglomerated natural or artificial abrasives, or of pottery,
with or without cores, shanks, sockets, axles and the like of other materials, but without frameworks; segments
and other finished parts of such stones, of natural stone, of agglomerated natural or artificial abrasives, or of
pottery
