THE Westpac Banking Corporation with reference to Combined Holdings Ltd. hereby gives notice that on the 21st day of March 1984, the bank appointed Alan Raymond Isaac and Donald Beattie Scott, both of Wellington, chartered accountants, whose offices are at Peat Marwick Mitchell & Co., Chartered Accountants, Willbank House, 57 Willis Street, Wellington 1, as joint and several receivers and managers of the property of this company under the powers contained in an instrument being debenture dated the 3rd day of February 1976 by Combined Holdings Ltd.

The receivers have been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertakings and all its real and person property and all its assets and affects whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
