A drainage easement in gross granting to the Waipa County Council rights to:
(a) Convey storm water and surface water through that portion of land described in the Third Schedule hereto (hereinafter called the servient land).
(b) Construction drains through the servient land.
(c) Inspect, repair, clean, dig up, alter and enlarge the said drains.
(d) Allow its agents, servants, workmen and employees with or without vehicles upon one day’s notice to enter upon the servient land at all times and generally to do and to perform all such acts and things as may be necessary or convenient for the full and proper exercise and enjoyments of the rights and privileges hereby granted.

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the declaration dated 21st day of October 1983 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 3 November 1983, No. 183 at page 3632, acquiring land for road in Block III, Tadmor Survey District, Waima County by omitting the following words in the Schedule:
“being Lot 8, D.P. 7855;”
and substituting the following:
“being part Lot 8, D.P. 7855.”
