PURSUANT to section 42 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948, together with the water rights contained in transfer 639995, and subject to the fencing convenants in transfers 639988 and 639989. PURSUANT to section 42 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto together with the appurtenant water supply easement over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto created by Proclamation 14288 to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.
