PURSUANT to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development—

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto, to be road and to be vested in The Horowhenua County Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road described in the Second Schedule hereto, to be stopped and declares that the area shall be incorporated in certificate of title, Volume 136, folio 21, subject to memoranda of mortgage Nos 675125, 675126 and 842742, Wellington Land Registry.

(c) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road described in the Third Schedule hereto, to be stopped and declares that the area shall be incorporated in certificate of title, Volume 95, folio 48, subject to memoranda of mortgage No. A031856, Wellington Land Registry.

(d) Declares the land described in the Fourth Schedule hereto to be taken under section 119(1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and declares that area shall be incorporated in certificate of title, Volume 136, folio 21, subject to memoranda of mortgage Nos 675125, 675126 and 842744, Wellington Land Registry.

(e) Declares the land described in the Fifth Schedule hereto, to be taken under section 119(1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and declares that area shall be incorporated in certificate of title, Volume 95, folio 48, subject to memoranda of mortgage No. A031856, Wellington Land Registry.
