NOTICE OF INTENTION TO APPLY FOR DISSOLUTION OF THE COMPANY

Pursuant to Section 335A of the Companies Act 1955

NOTICE is hereby given that in accordance with the provisions of section 335A of the Companies Act 1955, we propose to apply to the Registrar of Companies at Invercargill for a declaration of dissolution of the company.

Unless written objection is made to the Registrar within 30 days of the date this notice was posted the registrar may dissolve the company.

TAKE notice that on the 8th day of March 1984, Tait Associates Ltd. appointed Walter Bruce Butler and William John Henry Stewart, both of Napier, chartered accountants, jointly and severally to be the receiver and manager of the property of J. Herries and Company Ltd., under powers contained in a debenture dated the 11th day of November 1981 and registered in the companies office at Napier on the 16th day of November 1981.

The receivers have been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertakings and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including uncalled and unpaid capital if any.

The office of the receivers is care of Arthur Young, Chartered Accountants, Phoenix House, 24 Tennyson Street, P.O. Box 114, Napier.

TAKE notice that the executors and trustees of the estate Ronald Hugh Davis (deceased) on the 5th day of March 1984, appointed Walter Bruce Butler and William John Henry Stewart, both of Napier, chartered accountants, jointly and severally to be the receiver and manager of the property of J. Herries and Company Ltd., under the power contained in a debenture dated the 5th day of April 1977 and duly registered in the companies office at Napier on the 2nd day of May 1977.

The receivers have been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertakings and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including uncalled and unpaid capital if any.
