PETROLEUM ACT 1937
PIPELINE AUTHORISATION APPLICATION
NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to the provisions of the Petroleum Act 1937, the undersigned has applied to the Minister of Energy for a pipeline authorisation under the Petroleum Act 1937 to authorise the construction and operation of a pipeline for the conveyance of ironsand slurry and water from Waikato North Head Mine to Glenbrook Steel Mill passing through the following localities: Franklin County.
Copies of the application may be inspected at New Zealand Steel Development Offices at West Road, Glenbrook, at the offices of Franklin County Council, at the Pukekohe Public Library and at the Waiuku Public Library.
Any person wishing to make submissions in respect of the application may do so in writing addressed to the Secretary of Energy, Ministry of Energy, Private Bag, Wellington, within 30 days of the date of this notice.

APPOINTMENT OF RECEIVER
