Railway Land at Upper Hutt Not Now Required for That Purpose
to be Crown Land

PURSUANT to sections 24 and 30 of the New Zealand Railways
Corporation Act 1981 and section 42 of the Public Works Act 1981,
the General Manager of the New Zealand Railways Corporation
with the prior written consent of the Minister of Railways hereby
declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown
land, subject to the Land Act 1948.

Declaration as Special Purpose Roads

PURSUANT to section 12A of the National Roads Act 1953 (as
amended by section 3 of the National Roads Amendment Act 1980),
the National Roads Board hereby determines that the carriageway
of the sections of public highway described in the Schedule below
shall be special purpose roads.

SCHEDULE

LOWER HOLLYFORD ROAD

ALL that section of road commencing at its junction with State
Highway 94 and extending in a northerly direction along the eastern
side of the Hollyford River Valley for a distance of approximately
16.8 km to its terminus approximately 800 m beyond the Humbolt
Creek.


TOTARANUI ROAD

ALL that section of road being the Totaranui Road, commencing
at the intersection with McShanes Road to the south of Wainui
Inlet and extending for a distance of approximately 11 km generally
in an easterly direction to the boundary of the controlled camping
area at Totaranui Beach.
