NEW ZEALAND WOOL BOARD
PURSUANT to regulation 15 of the Wool Industry Regulations 1978, notice is hereby given that the Adjusted Weighted Average Sale Price for the sale held on the 24th day of February 1984 at Dunedin was 301.92 cents per kilogram (greasy basis).
As this price is below the Government’s supplementary minimum wool price of 320 cents per kilogram (greasy basis) the specified percentage for supplementation will be 6.00 percent for all wool sold at auction and nationally for privately sold wool from and including the 24th day of February 1984, until midnight on the day before the next auction sale to be held.

CONFISCATION OF MOTOR VEHICLE
PURSUANT to the Criminal Justice Act 1954, Section 44b, motor vehicle registration No. DP7743, Triumph Herald motorcar, engine No. GE65096HE, owned by Tony Gillies, 54 Bowmont Street, Invercargill, was confiscated by Judge E. B. Anderson in the District Court at Invercargill on 15 December 1983 in accordance with the above Act.

CHRISTCHURCH CITY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND FOR ROAD
NOTICE is hereby given that the Christchurch City Council proposes to take, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1981, all those parcels of land described in the Schedule hereto for the purposes of a public road, pursuant to the provisions of section 322 of the Local Government Act 1974. It is essential that the land be acquired to enable the Council to widen Dyers Road in accordance with the operative district scheme.
Any person wishing to object to the proposal is required to forward a written objection to the Registrar, Planning Tribunal, Tribunals Division, Justice Department, Private Bag, Postal Centre, Wellington, on or before 6 April 1984.
SCHEDULE
CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT
ALL those parcels of land situated in the City of Christchurch containing first 1047 square metres or thereabouts being Lot 272 on Deposited Plan 39570 and being all of the land described in certificate of title, Volume 18B, folio 788. Second 1717 square metres or thereabouts being Lot 273 on Deposited Plan 39572 and being all of the land described in certificate of title, Volume 18B, folio 810. Third 672 square metres or thereabouts being part of Lot 2 on Deposited Plan 738 and being part of the land described in certificate of title, Volume 112, folio 154 as the same is shown marked “A” on Survey Office Plan 16080.
The above description refers to 3 contiguous parcels of land situated on the north-west side of Dyers Road commencing at the intersection of that road with Linwood Avenue and extending in a north-easterly direction for a distance of 280.86 metres and tapering in width from 15 m approximately at the south-west end to 0.00 metres at the north-east end.

CHRISTCHURCH DRAINAGE BOARD
SPECIAL AREA—ALTERATION OF BOUNDARY
IN the matter of the Christchurch District Drainage Act 1951, and in the matter of the special area known as the Sewer Extension Loan Special Area as defined by resolution of the board dated the 17th day of April 1923 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 37 dated the 26th day of April 1923 and as from time to time altered
under the provisions of section 5, Christchurch District Drainage Amendment Act 1922, and section 60, Christchurch District Drainage Act 1951, by Resolutions of the Christchurch Drainage Board and published in the New Zealand Gazette.
PURSUANT to the powers vested in it by the Christchurch District Drainage Act 1951, the Christchurch Drainage Board at a meeting held on the 29th day of February 1984, resolved that the boundary of the said special area herebefore described and defined by further altered so as to include in the special area all those areas briefly described in the Schedules hereto and further resolved that the said areas shall form part of and be included in the subdivision ‘B’ of the said special area and that the boundaries of said subdivision ‘B’ be altered accordingly so as to include all those areas.

NEW ZEALAND APPLE AND PEAR MARKETING BOARD
DETERMINATION OF SUPPLEMENTARY PRICE FOR APPLES AND PEARS
IN accordance with section 27 (a) (1) of the Apple and Pear Marketing Act, the Board at its meeting held on 24 February, determined that for the 1983/84 season:
(a) A supplementary price for all apples purchased by the Board from growers during that season of 23.6761 cents per kilogram.
(b) A supplementary price for all pears purchased by the Board from growers during the season of 27.7735 cents per kilogram.
