Cancellation of the Vesting in the Southland County Council of Part of a Reserve
PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby cancels the vesting in the Southland County Council of that part of the recreation reserve, described in the Schedule hereto.

Classification of Reserves
PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby classifies the reserves, described in Schedule I hereto as scenic reserves for the purposes specified in section 19 (1) (a) of the Reserves Act 1977, subject to the provisions of the said Act, and further, classifies the reserves, described in Schedule II hereto as recreation reserves, subject to the provisions of the said Act.
