Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development hereby amends the declaration dated of Works and Development declares that, agreements to that effect
the 23rd day of November 1983, published in the Gazette of 1 having been entered into, a right of way easement in gross over the
December 1983, No. 202, at page 4168, declaring a right-of-way land described in the First Schedule hereto, and a water supply
easement acquired for irrigation purposes, by omitting the Schedule pipeline easement, in gross, over the Crown rights and powers
of the declaration and substituting the following Schedule: contained in paragraphs 1, 2, and 5 of the Seventh Schedule to the
Land Transfer Act 1952 together with the additional rights and
conditions contained in agreements between J. S. M. and F. M.
Scott (as grantors) and the Crown (as grantee) dated 12 September
1983 and 9 February 1984, held in the office of the District
Commissioner of Works at Auckland, are hereby acquired for
irrigation purposes and shall vest in the Crown on the 8th day of
March 1984.
