PURSUANT to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development—

(a) Pursuant to section 114 declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and to be vested in The Marlborough County Council.

(b) Pursuant to section 116 declares the road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped.

PURSUANT to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development—

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to be road and vested in the Crown:

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the part of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped, and further declares that the stopped road (now known as Block 78, Mohaka Crown Grant District, Block XII, Mohaka Survey District) shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 106/12, subject to Proclamation Nos. 1421 and 2168 and mortgage No. 418248.1.
