Declaring Land to be Acquired for Road and the Functioning
Indirectly of a Road in Blocks XXXVII, XXXVIII, LI, LII and
LIII, Town of Clyde, Vincent County

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect
having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule
is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in the Crown on the 19th
day of January 1984 and the land described in the Second Schedule
is hereby acquired for the functioning indirectly of a road and shall
