In the notice with the above heading published in the New Zealand Gazette of 10 November 1983, No. 187, page 3943, for the words in clause 2 (1) (i) “Two members of the academic staff of Auckland Teachers College, …” read “Two members of the academic staff of Auckland Teachers Colleges, …”.

Notice of Final Decision of New Zealand Geographic Board Reassigning of Place Names

In the notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 17 February 1983, No. 18, p. 409, the name Rangitoto ke te Tonga (D’Urville Island) should have read Rangitoto ki te Tonga (D’Urville Island).

Notice of Final Decision of New Zealand Geographic Board Reassigning of Place Names

In the notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 7 November 1980, No. 132, p. 3278, the longitude for Hutchison Bluff should have read 177° 58′ 25″ west and the longitude for Mount Campbell should have read 177° 55′ 05″ west.

In the declaration with the above heading dated 20 September 1983, published in New Zealand Gazette of 29 September 1983, No. 162 at page 3265, for the area of land thirdly described read 55.2200 hectares, which figure appears in the original declaration signed for the Minister of Works and Development.

At the Government House at Wellington this 19th day of December 1983

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to sections 15 and 16 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1977, the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.

ORDER

Title and commencement—(1) This order may be cited as the Town and Country Planning (Wairarapa Regional Planning Scheme: Section One) Order 1983.
(2) This order shall come into force on the 20th day of February 1984.
Section one of Wairarapa Regional Planning Scheme approved—Section one of the Wairarapa Regional Planning Scheme as prepared in accordance with the Town and Country Planning Act 1977 by the Wairarapa United Council in 1983, and held in the office of the Commissioner of Works under reference number WAIR 7, is hereby approved.
Commencement of section one of the Wairarapa Regional Planning Scheme—Section one of the Wairarapa Regional Planning Scheme as approved by clause 2 of this order shall come into force on the 20th day of February 1984.
