Pursuant to Section 346 (1)

THE Bank of New Zealand with reference to Depeche Manufacturing Ltd., hereby gives notice that on the 11th day of January 1984, the bank appointed Laurence George Chilcott and Peter Charles Chatfield, both chartered accountants, whose offices are at 67 Albert Street, Auckland, jointly and severally as receivers of the property of this company under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 19th day of November 1979. The receivers have been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertaking and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects whatsoever and wheresoever both present and future including its uncalled and unpaid capital.

Pursuant to Section 346 (1)

CBA FINANCE LIMITED, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Auckland, hereby gives notice with reference to RUTHERFORD ENTERPRISES LTD., a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Rotorua, that on the 11th day of January 1984 it appointed John Stuart Donald and David John McGrath, both of Tauranga, chartered accountants, whose office is at the offices of Messrs Murray, Crossman & Partners, Marac House, corner First Avenue and Cameron Road, Tauranga, as receivers of the property of the said Rutherford Enterprises Ltd., under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 14th day of October 1983. The receivers have been appointed in respect of all the undertaking goodwill of all business and all the property and assets whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, and uncalled and unpaid capital (including reserve capital), both present and future of the said Rutherford Enterprises Ltd.
