and continuing along the line of mean high water of the Firth of
Thames, excluding reclaimed land shown on S.O. Plan 46826 and
along the line of mean high water of Ruatawa Creek as shown on
D.P.'s 36277 and 47455, to and again along the line of mean high
water of the Firth of Thames, to and along the eastern boundary
of Section 4, Block I, Orere Survey District, to and again along the
line of mean high water of the Firth of Thames to the point of
commencement and including therein Wairoa Puketutu and other
adjacent islands within the Manukau Harbour but excluding from
Puketutu Island, areas of reclaimed land shown on S.O. Plan 44467.

NOTICE is hereby given that applications have been made to the Minister of Customs for concessionary entry of the following goods at the
rates of Customs Duty shown:

The identification reference to the application number indicates the office to which any objections should be made.

Any person wishing to lodge an objection to the granting of these applications should do so in writing to the appropriate office as indicated
by the identification reference on or before 9 February 1984. Submissions should include a reference to the identification reference, application
number, Tariff Item, and description of goods concerned and be supported by information as to:
(a) The range of equivalent goods manufactured locally;
(b) The proportion of New Zealand and imported material used in manufacture;
(c) Present and potential output; and
(d) Details of factory cost in terms of materials, labour, overhead, etc.
