ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, containing 2674 square kilometres, more or less, bounded by a line commencing at the junction of the northern boundary of Whangaroa-Ngaiotonga 4F 2, with the sea coast in Block VIII, Russell Survey District, and proceeding southerly generally along the sea coast, crossing the mouths of all harbours and inlets, to a point in Block I, Mangawhai Survey District, in line with the north-western boundary of Allotment 309, Waipu Parish, at Bream Tail; thence south-westerly to and along that boundary and its production to the southern side of Waipu-Mangawhai Road; thence westerly generally along the southern side of that road to the northernmost corner of Lot 1, D.P. 45587; thence south-easterly along the north-eastern boundary of Allotment 534, Waipu Parish (Bream Tail Scenic Reserve) to its easternmost corner;

Thence westerly along the northern boundaries of Allotment 336 and part Allotment 337A, Waipu Parish, the southern boundary of a Road Reserve shown on S.O.
