Definition of the Purpose and Classification of Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby defines the purpose for which the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, shall be classified, as a local purpose (site for a war memorial) reserve, and further declares that the said reserve shall be classified as a local purpose (site for a war memorial) reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.
