nearly as possible to its original condition and will make good any damage caused by reason of the aforesaid operations whether within the subject land or outside it.

(iii) The grantee will repair and make good any damage to fences or gates upon the subject land which may be damaged in the exercise of the rights hereby granted to the grantee.

(iv) The grantor will not at any time hereafter do any act, matter or thing whereby the free and uninterrupted flow of water through any line of pipes laid through the subject land may be in any way interrupted or restricted and shall not erect any buildings, or other kind of structure other than drains to serve the property upon or under the surface of the subject land which may or shall in any way obstruct or prevent the grantee at daytime from having unrestricted access to enable the complete uncovering of any pipes or other installations hereinbefore referred to or for the cleansing, repairing or renewing and/or maintaining of the same in good and satisfactory repair order and condition.
