PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into a drainage easement over the land described in the Schedule hereto, vesting in the Crown the rights and powers contained in paragraphs 3 and 5, of the Seventh Schedule to the Land Transfer Act 1952, is hereby acquired for post office purposes (telephone exchange) on the 19th day of January 1984.

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for coal mining operations under Part IV of the Coal Mines Act 1979 and shall vest in the Crown on the 19th day of January 1984.
