Customs Act—Dumping Duty

PURSUANT to section 186A (2) of the Customs Act 1966, the Minister of Customs has formed the opinion that the importation into New Zealand from Finland of the goods mentioned in the Schedule hereto has caused material injury to the transformer manufacturing industry in New Zealand, and that the importation of the aforementioned goods has, pursuant to section 186A (2) (a) of the Act been at export prices less than their normal value determined in accordance with section 186B of this Act.

Accordingly, notice is hereby given that the dumping duty, determined in accordance with section 186A (3) (a) of the Customs Act 1966, being an amount determined by the Minister not exceeding the difference between the export price of the goods and their normal value, will be imposed to the extent of 100 percent of the amount by which the normal value, as determined under section 186B of the Act, exceeds the export selling price of the goods.
