PURSUANT to sections 24 and 30 of the New Zealand Railways Corporation Act 1981 and section 42 of the Public Works Act 1981, the General Manager of the New Zealand Railways Corporation with the prior written consent of the Minister of Railways hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948.

ALL that piece of land described as follows:

716 Lot 2, D.P. 6297, being all the land comprised and described in certificate of title 343/143, subject to a building line in Order in Council 218.

Declaring Railway Land at Tamaki Now Set Apart for State Housing Purposes

PURSUANT to sections 24 and 30 of the New Zealand Railways Corporation Act 1981 and section 52 of the Public Works Act 1981, the General Manager of the New Zealand Railways Corporation with the prior written consent of the Minister of Railways hereby declares that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart, subject to the Housing Act 1955, for State housing purposes.

Reconstituting the Mount Richmond State Forest Park Advisory Committee

PURSUANT to regulation 3 of the State Forest Parks and Forest Recreation Regulations 1979, the Minister of Forests hereby reconstitutes the Mount Richmond State Forest Park Advisory Committee.

The reconstituted committee shall consist of the Conservator of Forests, Nelson and 9 appointed members, namely:

Roger Anthony Frost
Jennifer Mary Hawkins
Geoffrey John Hoare
James Winter Hughes
Stuart Robert Kennington
Ian Balfour Mitchell
Brian Edward Powell
Patricia Claire Tindle.

The appointed members shall hold office for a term expiring on the 1st day of March 1987.
