Cancellation of the Vesting of Control of Reserves in the Minister of Tourism

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, the Minister of Lands, hereby cancels the vesting of the control in the Minister of Tourism of the reserves described in the Schedule hereto.

Change of the Classification of a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby changes the classification of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, from a local purpose (esplanade) reserve to local purpose (power generation) reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.

Classification of Reserve
