ANZ BANKING GROUP (NEW ZEALAND) LTD., hereby gives notice that on the 13th day of February 1984, it appointed Gerald Stanley Rea and Frederick Nelson Watson, chartered accountants, whose office is at NML Building, Shortland Street, Auckland, to be jointly and severally receivers and managers of the property of the above-named company under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 18th November 1977, being a mortgage debenture from Advance Industries Ltd., to ANZ Banking Group (New Zealand) Ltd. The receivers have been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertaking and all its assets and effects whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
