Land Acquired for Motorway Purposes in the City of Wellington

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect
having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto
is hereby acquired, together with the right of way created by Transfers
Nos. 10713 and 11542 and subject to Proclamation 792903 defining
the middle line of a portion of the Ngauranga-Basin Reserve
Motorway for motorway purposes and shall vest in the Crown on
the 23rd day of February 1984.
