Amending a Declaration Acquiring Land for Road in the City of Auckland

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the declaration dated the 17th day of November 1983, published in the Gazette, 24 November 1983, No. 196, at page 4067, declaring land to be acquired for road in the City of Auckland, pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, by deleting from the heading and the preamble the words “for road” and substituting the words “for road purposes”.
