Declaring Land in Hawke’s Bay Land District, Vested in the Hawke’s Bay Education Board as a Site for a School, to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the Hawke’s Bay Education Board as a site for a school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.
SCHEDULE
HAWKE’S BAY LAND DISTRICT—HAWKE’S BAY COUNTY
2124 square metres, more or less, being Lots 29 and 30, Deeds Plan 34, situated in Block VIII, Heretaunga Survey District. All certificate of title D2/1291. Subject to a water easement created by T.292693.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 9th day of February 1984.

1249 square metres, more or less, being Lot 3, D.P. S. 5033, situated in Block VI, Komakorau Survey District. Part certificate of title, 417/277.
