Import Control Exemption Notice (No. 4) 1985–86
PURSUANT to regulation 17 of the Import Control Regulations 1973*, the Minister of Trade and Industry hereby gives the following notice:
NOTICE
-
(1) This notice may be cited as the Import Control Exemption Notice (No. 4) 1985–86.
(2) Except as provided in clause 4 (2) of this notice, this notice shall come into force on the 1st day of January 1985. -
Goods of the classes specified and for the purposes of the Customs Tariff falling within the Tariff Items in the First Schedule hereto, imported from and being the produce or manufacture of Australia, are hereby exempted from the requirement of a licence under the said regulations.

The exemptions from the requirement of a licence under the said regulations in respect of the goods of the classes set forth in the Second Schedule hereto, imported from and being the produce or manufacture of Australia, included in the exemption notices shown in the Second Schedule hereto are hereby withdrawn.

(1) The Import Control Exemption Notice (No. 1) 1985–86† and the Import Control Exemption Notice (No. 3) 1985–86‡ are hereby revoked.
(2) This clause shall come into force on the 31st day of December 1984.
