I, Russell Vernon Woolley being a director of Woolleys Pharmacy Ltd., hereby give notice that on the 5th day of November 1984 in the High Court at Auckland, the Court confirmed a special resolution passed on 24th day of October 1984, by an entry in the minute book of the company signed as provided in the case of a private company by section 362 (1) of the Companies Act 1955, reducing the paid up share capital of the company and the Court further ordered that the following minute showing the amount of the capital of the company be approved:

The capital of Woolleys Pharmacy Ltd. is $7,000 divided into 3500 fully paid ordinary shares of $2 each., having been reduced from $29,400 divided into 14 700 shares of $2 each fully paid.

The Court order and the minute of reduction was registered in the Companies Office at Auckland on the 8th day of November 1984.
