NOTICE OF APPOINTMENT OF RECEIVERS AND MANAGERS

THE Perpetual Trustees Estate and Agency Company of New Zealand Ltd., being the Trustee for the stockholders pursuant to a Debenture Trust Deed dated the 25th day of November 1977 entered into (inter alia) by Jordan Milk Bar Ltd. as a guarantor for the due payment of all moneys thereunder secured a copy of which was registered with the Registrar of Companies in Dunedin on the 16th day of December 1977.

Hereby gives notice that on the 7th day of December 1984 it appointed Lindsay John Brown and James Archibald Valentine, partners in Deloitte Haskins and Sells, Chartered Accountants of M.F.L. Building, 9-11 Bond Street, Dunedin (P.O. Box 1245), to be receivers and managers of Jordan Milk Bar Ltd., with power to act in all matters either jointly or severally.

The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all the undertaking of the company and all its property and assets whatsoever and wheresoever both present and future including its uncalled and its called but unpaid capital.
