Vesting a Reserve in the Christchurch City Council

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby vests the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, in the Christchurch City Council in trust for recreation.

3.0754 hectares, more or less, being Rural Section 41728 (formerly parts Reserve 3752, closed roads, Lots 2 and 3, D.P. 45579 and Rural Sections 41506 and 41508), situated in Blocks XII, Christchurch and I, Sumner Survey Districts. Classification of Reserve and Declaration That the Reserve be Part of the Te Karaka Memorial Scenic Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby classifies the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, as a scenic reserve, subject to the provisions of section 19 (1) (a) of the said Act, and further, declares the said reserve to form part of the Te Karaka Memorial Scenic Reserve.
