The Corporation reserves the right to decline to load or unload scrap iron and steel and will provide lifting appliances for this purpose only by special arrangement.

Except where otherwise specified, when senders who do their own loading, or consignees who do their own unloading, desire the Corporation to check and give receipts for goods in respect of which loading or unloading charges are prescribed, the following charges will be made:

12.2m ISO containers will be charged at the rate specified for 6.1m ISO Containers increased by 50 percent.

Insert after 61.3.6. the following:

61.3.7 Indemnity
The necessary form of Indemnity must be completed on all occasions where the Corporation's forktrucks or mobile cranes are hired for lifts outside station yards and when such appliances are absent from their home stations performing lifts at other stations at the request of hirers.

Clause 62.5.1 (p. 2303) omit this clause and substitute:

62.5.1 Charges
When not removed within the time specified goods other than containers shall be deemed to be stored and storage shall be charged at the rate of $3.20 per tonne or per cubic metre (whichever is the greater) for each succeeding eight working hours or part thereof subject to a minimum charge $1.60 per eight working hours.
