14. To prohibit the feeding out by the grantor on the land described
    in the Second Schedule of hay, ensilage or any other fodder for
    stock except on land contained in the diversion channel area,
    provided that the grantee may prohibit feeding out to stock in the
    diversion channel area if this practice proves detrimental to the
    grass cover of this area under adverse climatic conditions.

15. To prohibit the lighting of fires on the said land except under
    such circumstances and subject to such limitations, conditions and
    restrictions as may be prescribed by the grantee.

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect

Crown dated the 6th day of November 1984, and held in the office
of the District Commissioner of Works at Auckland having been
entered into, a water supply pipeline and electricity supply easement
over the land described in the First Schedule hereto, appurtenant
to the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, subject to the
rights and imposing the conditions contained in the said agreement
is hereby acquired for a State primary school and shall vest in the
Crown on the 6th day of December 1984.
